Our drab green cigarette packets are causing a stir. Indonesia is the fifth country to take action against Australia, winning the right to challenge plain-packaging laws at the World Trade Organisation. The country joins the Ukraine, Honduras, the Dominican Republic and Cuba who all argue that Australia is breaching international trade rules and the intellectual property rights of brands.
