In Australia, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth are experiencing a concerning level of despair, in comparison to their non-Indigenous peers.

This information comes from a 2017 youth survey released yesterday by Mission Australia, and has sparked concern surrounding the need for better support systems.
