Indigenous Youth engaging more with Native Title

Land ownership has been a big issue for Indigenous Australians for a long time.

Last week marked 25 years since the Mabo High Court Decision, which was when the Native Title Act was passed in Australia.

Today, Murrawah Johnson was the Youth Causcus Keynote Speaker at this year’s National Native Title Conference.

Ms Johnson says more Indigenous young people are engaging and are being encouraged to engage more with Native Title issues.
