Our Indigenous Women Speak Out – that’s the name of a conference this week which is bringing Indigenous women together in the Northern Territory to look at the issues closest to home. ATSIC Policy Officer Jo Angeles is the conference organiser. Despite ATSIC’s impending closure, Ms Angeles says she hopes the government will take their recommendations to heart. Trevor Dodds asked her what the main topics are on the conference agenda.
