Indigenous music centre fights cuts

The Centre for Aboriginal Studies in Music (CASM) has a 40 year history, providing many Indigenous students the unique opportunity to study music and engage with their culture. Last week it was announced that the University of Adelaide would cut staff and programs from this and other courses in the music department. Today students and community members gathered at the university to protest the proposed changes and show their support for the centre.
