Sydney’s annual Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras is one of the largest pride festivals in Australia.

In collaboration with them, the Moohgalin Performing Arts company has put together the Koori Gras – a celebration of LQBTQI+ Indigenous Australians predominantly from the Redfern region in NSW.

This production will run its third series in 2020, beginning on the 15th of February, creating a space for the community to come together and explore their sexual identities.

Theatrical performances focused on drag, movement, make-up, and writing-intensive workshops will be put together by emerging local and international Black artists: A series promising to be magical.
