A UN committee has reviewed our compliance to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural rights. In a report released today the Committee has made recommendations that Australia improves living standards of Indigenous people, reassesses the Northern Territory Intervention and continues to fight climate change. In a global recession, is Australia failing to address key human rights issues?
