After finishing their final exams yesterday, eight Aboriginal medical students from the University of New South Wales are set to make history by becoming the largest cohort of Aboriginal Doctors to graduate in a single year. Among them is Doctor Marlee Paterson, who says family, culture, and community have played an important role in allowing the cohort to achieve their dreams and break down barriers for Aboriginal people in the medical world.
