Housing affordability is a headline in itself these days. Politicians are finally taking notice that the low to middle income earners are struggling to keep a roof over their heads. But when you’re homeless, and in the no income bracket, housing affordability debates aren’t as exciting as all that. The housing crisis has presented enormous challenges to the people who are worst placed to deal with them, yet the homeless don’t rate a mention in the ongoing debate.
