It’s taken more than a month, but arch rivals Robert Mugabe and Morgan Tsvangiri have finally come to an agreement. Mugabe will be the President of Zimbabwe, while Tsvangiri will be the prime minister. South African president Thabo Mmbeki was instrumental to the deal, placing pressure on both parties to address the human rights crisis. But will an agreement really improve the situation?
