A positive spin is being put on climate change talks at a special one day summit called by UN Secretary Ban Ki Moon. All eyes have been on China and India in these talks where Chinese President Hu Jin Tao has just promised to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by a “notable level” and to commit to 15% renewable energy use by 2015… but is this and promises from other countries enough to save us from dangerous climate change?
