“Ripperologist” Russell Edwards has written a novel and claims that the DNA testing he did on the shawl of 4th victim Catherine Eddowes matches her blood with the semen DNA of descendants of long time suspect Aaron Kosminski, a Polish barber. Could this be true? Only using less specific mitochondrial DNA says NSW Police Chief Scientist Tony Raymond, but as Richard the 3rd has been found under a carpark in Leicester, it is possible.
