Growing number of Millennials quit work for mental health reasons

Fifty per cent of millennials (ages 23 to 38) have left their jobs this year due to mental health reasons compared to just 10% of baby boomers (ages 55 to 73).

A new study compiled by Mind Share Partners, SAP, and Qualtrics reveals the undergoing generational shift in mental health awareness in workplaces.

According to experts, there are three early warning signs co-workers can watch out for.
