Teachers and parents across Australia seem unsure on what form school funding will take in the future. Gonski, as it is widely known became the set model by the former Labor government but the current coalition government has flagged potential changes as budget cuts loom. The initial Gonski model seems to have the most support and across regional Australia, “Gonski Vans” have been rolling out educating people on how the funding and potential changes may affect their schools.
