The City of Sydney has launched a public education campaign encouraging Sydneysiders to be more prepared for emergency situations. This includes packing a ‘Go Bag’ of necessities such as bottled water and energy bars, an am/fm radio, walking shoes, important documents and the pocket guide provided by the City of Sydney. But the campaign has been criticized for being inflammatory and a waste of money by City Of Sydney Deputy Mayor Chris Harris.
