Getting health workers into Indigenous communities

There is a dire need for improved rural Indigenous health services in Australia, and many health professionals would jump at the chance to help out. However, moving from the comforts of the city to a rural bush community, for many, is simply an unappealing lifestyle. In July of last year the government along with the Remote Area Health Corps, set up the Expanding Health Service Delivery Initiative, as a solution to the problem.
