A report released by KPMG today shows the gap in pay between men and women in Australia has not changed for the last twenty years.
According to the report the leading contributor to pay discrepancy is sex discrimination, which increased from fourteen per cent in two thousand and nine to thirty-eight percent in twenty sixteen.
So why haven’t pay conditions improved for Australia’s working women?
