A report released this week by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency found that though male workers have been earning considerably more than their female colleagues for decades, an increase of women in management roles could narrow the gap.

Rebecca Cassells, author of the Gender Equality Insights Report, spoke to The Wire about what the research means for women in the workforce.
