A comprehensive review of mental health services in April by the national Mental Health Commission was held from public view for months before it was leaked in April. A few days later the full report was published for everyone to see. The National Mental Health Commission’s report on mental health programs and services recommended 1 billion dollars be reinvested in community health programs from state hospitals.
