Eight years ago Melbourne based nutritionist Arabella Forge became disenchanted with how we eat and live. She wanted to find a way to eat good, nutritious food while watching the dollars at the same time. Her new book ‘Frugavore’ suggests that the road to a healthier future is to revisit the culinary approaches of the past. Richard Evans spoke to Arabella and found that tradional cooking methods common just a few generations ago can still play a huge role in healthy living in the 21st century.
