It was a meeting of the minds at the University of South Australia today as politicians, academics and professionals met to discuss the journey of a refugee. The conference titled Transitions: From Refugee to Citizen aimed to highlight the issues faced by refugees as they try to make a new life in Australia. The Wire’s Annika Dean visited the event to speak to those involved.
