Recently, the ABC’s flagship current affairs program, Four Corners, discussed the often ignored issue of forced marriage in Australia, to much acclaim. But not all who work in that area were happy with the program.

A couple of weeks ago, the ABC’s Four Corners program aired a report into the occurrence of forced marriage in Australia.Some believe the investigation fully conveyed the complexities of the issue, and made incorrect assumptions about Australian Muslims.
