As people convene in Canberra for the Albanese Government’s Jobs and Skills Summit, calls have been made for the summit to address difficulties faced by First Nations people in the job market.

Due to discrimination, racism and other structural issues, the jobs market for First Nations people and non-First Nations people is completely different, leading to negative outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
