This week, the Tasmanian Supreme Court granted a temporary injunction to stop logging in the central highlands, to protect the habitat of the swift parrot.

Ballardong Noongar man and First Nations activist, Des Blurton, travelled from WA to Tasmania to join a blockade against native forest logging in the area.
