Find Your 30 is a new fitness initiative by Sport Australia and the Australian Institute of Sport as part of their Move It Australia campaign to reduce the epidemical levels of obesity.

According to the Federal Government’s Department of Health, adults aged 18-64 need to accumulate around 2-5 hours and for children, 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity each day.
