International students residing within Australian borders are facing difficult decisions as COVID continues to destabilise our borders.

Although Citizens may soon be able to travel with confidence, this is not a privilege afforded to student visa holders.

Without citizenship, international students have to choose between their friends, studies, work, and in some cases their future, and seeing their families for the first time in at least two years.

This agonising decision is one that many students are struggling with as COVID continues to play an active role in establishing where people can and cannot go.
