The family of Errol Wyles, an Aboriginal boy killed after being run over by a car in Townsville in June 2003, allege his death was racially motivated. The driver of the vehicle that hit him was charged with dangerous driving causing death and received a four-year custodial sentence, with a minimum non-parole period of 15 months’ jail. Errol Wyles Senior says justice has not been delivered for his son. The Wire Team spoke to Mr Wyles, and his lawyer, Stewart Levitt.
