On top of workforce shortage and cost pressure, small businesses are now facing a new online challenge as a recent report says that many small business are being targeted by fake reviews.

Technological platforms are making it harder to remove fake reviews and easier to ruin small businesses reputation.

Tamar Pilobisian talked with Anne Nalder, the CEO and Founder of Small Business Association of Australia and asked her how fake reviews affect small businesses.
