A leading EU commentator has warned the European Union will be hard pressed to secure the support of other major emission-producing countries in its world-leading climate change program. The twenty-seven member countries have declared they are together willing to lead by example and encourage other major industrialized countries to reform their energy programs. But as The Wire reports from the EU headquarters in Brussels, there are some foreseeable problems on the horizon.
