Experts say the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (or EPBC Act) shouldn’t be rushed because it’s inefficient.

But now, the Federal government is pushing an independent review of the Act to become law even before having consultations within the community, with the risk of not protecting our environment enough for future generations.
