This week’s election coverage is focusing on foreign policy and the differences in the major party policies. AusAid has created a new ambassadorial role for Disability-Inclusive Development. Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for International Development Assistance, Teresa Gambaro does not think the new role is necessary and finds many faults in the way AusAid uses our aid money.

This includes the re-direction of $375 million to onshore processing and the way they used Australia’s aid money to buy international favour to win a seat on the UN Security Council.
