Suffering from mental health issues herself, Brooke Littlewood from regional SA knew she could help others start important conversations.

Considering treatment is scarce regionally, Brooke designed coasters for pubs and sporting clubs with prompts to check in with both the wellbeing of their mates and themselves.

Now, when pub goers look down at their pint, they will find support services and resources to help them through their own problems.

While the coaster distribution has been a major success, Brooke says these conversations should not be reserved just for Mental Health Week. Instead, they should take place every single day.
