Social distancing guidelines have led many people to feel isolated from family, friends and the outside world.

But the situation is much worse for those going through domestic and family abuse while in self-isolation, as a range of support services are not able to operate face-to-face.

If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic or family violence in South East Queensland please contact Four Voices at 427 244 685 or visit their website at www.4voices.org.au/.

For national 24-hour domestic violence support call 1800 Respect at 1800 737 732.

If you are using family violence, or know someone who is, please contact the No to Violence Men’s Referral Service at 1300 766 491. You can also contact Mensline at 1300 78 99 78

If you are in immediate danger call 000.
