A new report detailing the issues affecting disadvantaged Australians has shown that nearly 20 percent of people with disabilities have had no social contact in the last three months. The Deep and persistent disadvantage in Australia report, released by the Productivity Commission this week says key socio-economic groups remain disadvantaged despite record economic growth.
