The COVID 19 pandemic has affected all of our lives, causing isolation from family and friends.

But people with disability and the support services that they use have come up with ways around this difficult and unprecedented time.

Before the pandemic, many people with a disability in Australia received in home support as well as attended groups that help build community and a sense of personal agency.

But due to restrictions, these types of support have had to change forms to adapt to the state of the world.
