High beam Global is a ten day celebration of arts and disability featuring theatre, music comedy and all the other things you expect from an arts festival – and this year its going seriously mainstream, joining in with the Adelaide Fringe Festival .Christopher Wainwright from Arts Access explained the decision was about acess to a wider audience. Part of High beam Global will be the Other Film Festival – Australia’s first disability Film Festival which began last year in Melbourne and this year goes on the road – first stop the Adelaide Fringe. Nerida Weller set up the festival.
