Disability advocates slam federal funding cuts to supported employment services

Disability advocates have slammed the federal government’s funding cuts to organisations that hire people with disability. Australian Disability Enterprises provide supported employment for over 300 people across Australia. Advocates say without indexation, these jobs will be jeopardised. They met with Parliamentary Secretary for Disabilities, Bill Shorten, in Canberra today to raise their concerns.
