The recent Christchurch attacks in New Zealand  as well as an attack on a mosque in Brisbane demonstrated a trend in the rise of Islamophobia.  With 50 Muslims dead at the alleged hand of Australian  right wing extremist Brenton Tarrant, the attack prompts the discussion of how to combat the rise of Islamophobia in Australia.
