After a tragic accident, Dr Dinesh Palipana OAM suffered a spinal cord injury, and was left paralysed from the neck down. 

Dr Palipana went on to become the second person to graduate medical school with quadriplegia in Australia. Now, he’s working as an emergency doctor, as well as a passionate disability advocate dedicating his professional life to working, teaching and researching health.
