Nurse Barbara McMaster, a Red Cross aid worker, talks about her experiences treating Ebola patients in Sierra Leone. Stationed in Kenema, a key rural centre just five hours from the capital Freetown, Ms McMaster worked as a clinical coordinator for one month. She managed the day-to-day operations of the clinic, treating patients and organising equipment such as food, medication and transport.
