The cost of the war in Iraq has been deadly, and today on All Souls Day or The Day of the Dead – people from peace groups all over the world are gathering to read the names of the victims from both sides of the conflict. Reverent Dr Ann Wansbrough, one of the coordinators of the Sydney Peace and Justice Coalition presided over the ceremony. Christine Baker spoke to peace activist Donna Mulhearn and Greens Senator Kerry Nettle.
