Is it right to jail someone for telling hateful lies about the past? A court in Austria has pondered this issue and answered with a resounding yes. As a result controversial holocaust denier, David Irving, has been jailed for three years. Jeremy Jones of the Australia Israel Jewish Affairs Council gave his reaciton to the news.
