The family of David Dungay Junior have exhausted their efforts in Australia to achieve justice for his 2015 death in custody.

David’s mother, Leetona Dungay,  is advocating to the United Nations Human Rights Committee to hold the Australian Commonwealth and NSW Government to account for his death, and to call attention to inaction on recommendations from the 1991 Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody.

The case is being supported by the National Justice Project.
