Dancing their way to deafness – Australian teens chosing music over hearing

A study released by Hearing Australia today, revealed that our teenagers are naive about the hearing loss that can be caused by exposure to loud music. Going to clubs and concerts, or listening to mp3 players are among the favourite pass times of many young Australians, but if they do not limit their exposure to these activities, they may well dance themselves to deafness.
