Cyanide Watch, a campaign to stop the transport of bulk cyanide by road and rail, held a Speak Out in Dubbo in Western NSW earlier today. After the opening of the Lake Cowal gold mine, locals are now fearing that Dubbo will become a cyanide distribution centre. Cyanide Watch organiser Graeme Dunstan says the NSW government has done a dirty deal with the mining company.
