The same team that provided sea level advice on the design of Brisbane airport will not be around in future according to a Climate Council report released today. Emphasis could be going over to co-investment operations rather than many of the longer term ‘blue-sky’ projects which offer less ability to monetise benefits in an annual budget. The Government says it has not changed CSIRO funding one whit, and CSIRO blandly claim changes are just routine, but why are 3000 scientists from around the world thinking differently?
