On Monday, the Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews floated the possibility of extending Year 12 into next year as a result of the coronavirus’s effects on schooling. The idea has proven controversial but remains a possible worst-case scenario.

Much uncertainty remains for many over what shape their end of year exams will look like, if any will happen. And if there are delays, questions remain over how this will affect university applications.
