Control of fishing rights in Blue Mud Bay given to traditional owners

The High Court today decided that the traditional owners of Blue Mud Bay in the Northern Territory should have exclusive rights over the tidal area along their land. The Wire spoke to one of the owners, Djambawa Marawali, who is pleased with the decision that his community will be in charge of fishing in the seas around their lands.
