For Gladys, celebrating culture and food with other cultures keeps her connected to both past and future.

Red Cross provided food to Gladys and her children while she lived in a refugee camp in Guinea and also helped link her up with long lost family members, who either lived in other refugee camps or in other countries.

Gladys is very grateful for being able to establish a new life and make a positive contribution in Adelaide through sharing her story with Australians and other refugee families.
