A nuclear deal between Australia and India could see us sell uranium to a country not signed on to the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty for the first time. A parliamentary committee has released a report supporting the deal only if safety conditions are met, but the report is non-binding and the deal could go ahead anyway.
